Activities

  • Join us after service on Thursday & Friday for fellowship and indulge in our complimentary dessert barJ!

  • Everyone will receive complimentary passes to Breaker Bay Indoor Waterpark.

  • Enjoy a lakeside stroll, relax in the whirlpool, try your hand in the arcade or stay fit with a workout in the state-of-art Fitness Center.

 

Bus

  • The coach bus will depart on Thursday, November 17th from Liberty Temple (2233 W. 79th Street) at 12 noon. The bus is equipped with a restroom and an entertainment system. On Sunday, the coach bus will depart Blue Harbor Resort at 9am and will return to Liberty Temple by 12 noon.

 

Check-In

  • Check-in is at 4PM on Thursday.

  • Early check-in may not be available if attendees arrive before 4PM, however, the hotel is willing to hold luggage while you wait. While waiting, attendees may dine at the hotel’s restaurant, explore the hotel site, and/or join us at the Ice Breaker Social which will be held in the main conference room at 5pm on Thursday.

  • Please note we moved check-in to the front area of the conference room for easier access. The bus will drop attendees off at the second entrance, located near the conference room. The WWL staff will disburse room keys, totes, and ID badges.

 

Conference Schedule

  • Schedules will be posted via the website www.womenwithoutlimits.org, on Blue Harbor’s TV monitors, and throughout the hotel. The backside of the ID badges will also display the conference schedule.

 

Hotel Accommodations

  • Guest Rooms are newly renovated suites which feature all new beds, linens, carpet, 42' flat screen TV, refrigerator, microwave, and semi-private living area with sofa, patio or balcony with great views of lake or city.

  • Additional amenities include in-room coffee and free Wi-Fi.

 

ID Badges/Tote

  • Each WWL conference attendee will receive a name badge along with a complimentary tote with goodies at check-in. For the duration of the conference, we ask that you wear the ID badge as it will give you access to the prophetic corners, workshops, and dinner. Unfortunately, we do not know everyone by face so entry may be prohibited without your badge.

 

Medical Emergency

  • In case of an emergency, Juliet Samuels is our certified nurse on staff. Please remember to bring all medical equipment and medications. The hotel is not equipped with wheel chairs, walkers, etc. Anyone that may need assistance transporting the above-mentioned items may pack them on our truck.

 

Prophetic Corner Guidelines

  • All three (3) corners will be in the rooms directly next door to the conference meeting rooms.

  • We ask that all phones are silenced, and that you remain in prayerful posture.

  • There are fourteen (14) prophets from which you can receive prophecies, and you have the opportunity to receive up to six (6) prophetic words.

  • You must utilize your own recording device in the prophetic corners (e.g. Cell phone, voice recorder, pen and notepad, etc.) to record your prophecy. 

  • Each room is given a prophetic name and a color. The names are Ezekiel (Red), Elijah (Purple), and Isaiah (Blue). If you are in need of any assistance, we will have door monitors at each entrance.

  • Doors open fifteen (15) minutes prior to the scheduled time.

  • When a room reaches full capacity, we will direct attendees to rooms that are not full. Rooms that are at full capacity may close early so that we do not interfere with other workshop times.

 

Raffle

  • Throughout the conference, our WWL staff will raffle off amazing gifts, so be sure to purchase your tickets every day! The winner will be announced every night during service.

 

Restaurants

  • There are five eateries at Blue Harbor Resort that provide you with a diverse range of Sheboygan dining options to enjoy all day long. Enjoy delicious dishes at The Beacon Restaurant or On The Rocks. Sip a fresh cup of Starbucks coffee at Shoreline Café or grab a quick snack without having to leave the pool deck at Rocky Bottom Snack Bar.

 

Saturday Dinner

  • Please note that Saturday Dinner begins promptly at 7PM. Doors will open at 6:30PM so that all seats can be filled prior to 7PM. This will help the banquet staff serve each person in an orderly fashion. Unfilled seats may miss courses during the meal (i.e. salad, dinner, dessert).

  • The dinner menu consists of:

    • Chopped mixed greens salad tossed with fresh cucumbers and tomatoes;

    • Plated Bronzed Chicken Breast with parsnip mashed potatoes, green beans, and carrot threads; and

    • Bavarian Apple Tart with Cinnamon Whipped Cream

  • The attire for dinner is purple & gold.

 

Solicitation

  • Sheraine Lathon Ministries prohibits anyone who is not a paid vendor from selling or soliciting to others during the conference.

 

Spa

  • Spa services should be booked directly with the hotel in advance. Some services may not be available if booked at or during the conference.

  • Reflections Spa is an award-winning spa voted one of the best boutique spas in the state by Milwaukee Magazine! The caring staff is trained in the latest spa therapies to enhance and customize your spa treatments for an exclusive experience created just for you.

 

Vendors

  • We have an array of vendors that will be located outside of the conference room in the Lakeside Terrace. Feel free to visit and support each of our vendors throughout the duration of the conference.

  • Our vendors include women’s apparel, fashion jewelry, handbags, and much more.
